Requirements for Media Credentials

All requests must include at least two links that display your work. If approved for press coverage and access, you will be updated on conference/event details via email. All bearers of credential passes agree that: (1) Credentials may be taken away at any time. (2) Press credentials do not grant full conference access. (3) Credentials badge must be worn & exposed at all times. (4) Credential passes may not be shared or transferred. Please note that a limited number of credentials will be issued and we may not be able to approve all requests. If approved, you will be notified by email.

On-site media registration dates and hours: Tuesday, October 4, 9 - 4 pm; Wednesday, October 5 - Friday, October 7, 8 am - 5 pm
On-site media room location: Rooms 317, 318 and 319
